Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Garigoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the application.
1. Definitions
- Application:Garigoo, the vehicle management web application
- We/Us/Our:The developers and operators of Garigoo
- You/Your:The individual accessing or using the Application
- User Account:The registered account created to access our services
- User Content:Any data, information, or material provided by users
- Service:The vehicle management features and functionality provided
2. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Registration
To use certain features of the Application, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Application and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Application
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Use automated systems to access the Application without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from other users
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Application.
Prohibited Activities
- Using the service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material
- Using the service to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights
- Using the service to send unsolicited communications, promotions, or advertisements
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system
- Circumventing any security or authentication measures
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Garigoo and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Bangladesh and foreign countries.
Our Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and any other proprietary designations of Garigoo used herein are trademarks or registered trademarks of Garigoo. These may not be used without the prior written consent of Garigoo.
User Content License
By posting, uploading, or submitting content to the Application, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Application services. You retain all rights to your content.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important Notice: The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
We do not warrant that:
- The Application will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
- Any errors or defects will be corrected
- The Application is free of viruses or other harmful components
- The results of using the Application will meet your requirements
- Calculations and estimates provided are 100% accurate for your specific situation
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Garigoo, nor its developers, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Application
- Any content obtained from the Application
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Reliance on any calculations, estimates, or recommendations provided by the Application
This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Garigoo and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:
- Your use and access of the Application
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon Termination
- Your right to use the Application will immediately cease
- You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination
- We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
- All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim or arbitration, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at garigooofficial@gmail.com. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If we're unable to resolve the dispute, you may pursue the claim through arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Application.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Application, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Application.
